why local_position/pose no data? #1884

Issue details

I use px4 with mocap,When I use my own computer, publish vision_pose topic , localposition/pose has data, but when I use an onboard computer, the same process applies local_position does not have data for X and Y, and the only difference between the two is that my onboard computer's mavros is the latest version, while the ones in my computer are not
