The only supported Qt version 5.12.6 is not available when using the latest Qt Online Installer qt-unified-windows-x86-3.2.3-online.exe for Windows 10, not in the archive either.

5.12.6 is in the archive, have to tick archive and click the Filter button to get the version list info again.
