Closes #135

Updates Windows installation docs to use MSVC 2019 instead of 2017
Adds a clarity note about not using Visual Studio for building
Adds a Qt Creator component selection example, to highlight only selecting required ones

Looks great. Would it be possible to squish the 1MB+ image a bit? We try keep the size of the source and final version down to reduce the time to download for people on very slow links.

@hamishwillee Reduced it to 294k w/ jpeg compression - is that sufficient? :-)
