Using QGC on Centos #72

@DonLakeFlyer This pulls the CentOS instructions into the DevGuide. They are still separate because they aren't really possible to integrate - for a start they use a different version of Qt. I made that clear.

This does some minor fixes to layout and English, but it is essentially the same.

When this is merged it can be removed from the qgroundcontrol repo.

There are a whole lot of references to this file already. Instead of removing it altogether, I would replace it with a simple page pointing to the documentation. At least for a few weeks until people get used to it.
