Update installation to vs2017 #80

Fixes #76

Hi @DonLakeFlyer,

I tested the instructions as modified and they appear to work. Two things to note:

  1. Probably more components of VS installed than needed. You could probably find smaller subset of packages.
  2. Qt remote objects are no longer present in the Qt installer, so that has been removed.
