I ended up rewriting this whole page from scratch in my other pull. Since looking at the changes @remster made me realize it was all just crap. I'm working my way through the custom build stuff. I reword a whole pile of it here: https://github.com/mavlink/qgc-dev-guide/pull/91. Which invalidates this pull
