Add installation steps for video streaming on linux #205

Currently, extra installation steps are required to use video features on linux. We should link to this in the install section of the documentation.

One day it might be easier for everyone: https://github.com/mavlink/qgroundcontrol/issues/7287

Is this just for Linux? That page has instructions for MacOS and Windows too https://github.com/mavlink/qgroundcontrol/tree/master/src/VideoStreaming#linux

.... I am fairly sure that this works for Windows out of the box, because I don't remember setting this up ....
