Survey functionality: Change "Relative checkbox" to a Dropdownlist #4415

Currently, there is a check box to make the survey run for the relative ALT. Presumably if uncheck the mission will run from Absolute (sea Level)

Almost all missions I run are in Terrain follow. It produces a better result ensuring that the GSD is consistent across the site.

A drop down would be good Absolute, relative, Terrain or Sea Level, Above Take off Alt, Terrain

Sorry to disappoint you @leondwyer. QGC doesn't support terrain following yet, hence the no dropdown at this point. It's being added in the 3.2 release.
