When running in "GPU Compatibility Mode" in Windows, this happens when a video stream is received (tested UDP and RTSP):

Switching to full video screen shows a red map instead:

Tested in windows 10, Ryzen 7 2700 / GTX 1060

I can confirm this happens on very many windows installations.
