Do not default end in RTL for VTOL #8477

Landing should be set explicitly for VTOL. Do not end missions with an RTL item by default.

Can you double-check you are using latest daily and also double-check that if you are planning while not connected to a vehicle that the vehicle type is set to VTOL in Mission Start? You should get a VTOL landing pattern when you click land. But vehicle type must be VTOL.
