  This PR updates the README.md file to accurately reflect the current application setup for the chat application. The existing README.md file is the default one provided by Create React App and does not provide relevant information about the chat application. This PR aims to provide a clear and concise guide for setting up and using the chat application, as well as instructions for contributing to the project.

• Updated the README.md file to include a brief introduction about the chat application and its main features.
• Added a section on how to set up the application, including instructions on cloning the repository, installing dependencies, and starting the application.
• Added a section on how to use the application, including instructions on sending and receiving messages.
• Added a section on how to contribute to the project, including instructions on reporting issues and making pull requests.

@sweep-ai could you please specify that application is waiting for the MONGODB_URI env var and it should be passed. please provide a guide how to setup mongo db locally using docker or create a docker-compose file
