Changing 'PERSON' column in sinnerdata so that the names match the format of the other data #18

As of now the rider names in the 'PERSON' column in the sinnerdata do not match the format of the names used in the result Dataframe. To be able to merge those two data frames by name we need to reformat the names in sinnerdata using the 'URL' column.
