I found this website (https://www.dopeology.org/) in external links of the wiki cases page. They have fine-grained data of riders, doctor, teams and incidents. There are 1180 riders with annotations of incidents. Unfortunately I found this a bit late. But let's talk about this in the meeting and see what we can make use of in a short period of time.
