Grey Screen Issue on App Reopen in Portrait Mode #1043

Describe the bug
When I switch into portrait mode and exit from the app, then reopen it, the app displays a grey screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the main menu.
  2. Switch the app to portrait mode.
  3. Exit the app and remove it from running apps.
  4. Reopen the app.
  5. Observe that a grey screen is displayed instead of the app's expected interface.

Expected behavior
I expected that upon reopening the app, it would display its normal interface.
