This PR adds support for Kurdish language localization to the application. The following changes have been made:
Imported the flutter_kurdish_localization package.
Added Kurdish localization delegates (KurdishMaterialLocalizations.delegate and KurdishWidgetLocalizations.delegate) to the localizationsDelegates list in the MaterialApp widget.
Updated pubspec.yaml to include the flutter_kurdish_localization package as a dependency.
