Screen dim during the night #971

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In our local mosque we keep the TV on 24/7 so we would like a feature where you can set the screen pitch black (like the one during the Idama) all night For instance we can set the screen on idle after 1 hour of the Isha prayer and goes back on 1 hour before Farj prayer
