Add notification system #4

Send simple notification each time the rssFeed list changes.

Further ideas for this feature:

Add configuration to enable/disable notifications
Include feed content into notification

Thank you. This is a nice idea. Since having lots of rss feeds is possibly high noise I am a bit hesitant to merge this lacking a way to turn these notifications off.

I think it would be easy enough to add another row to the settings with a checkbox/toggle, no?

Agreed. I think it would be even better to able to enable/disable notifications for single feeds. I'll take care about that.

Hi @dastier, I do not use this extension any more and haven't been working on the notification feature for the last two years. Feel free to contribute yourself.
