Empty log files on B2 test rig #49

Laryssa reported a blank log file:

H112/BB2 CSV files are blank for yesterday and today.

She sent through the data, and there are two zero-byte log files.

I suspect this is related to the other issues like #37 and #45. Will attempt a fix by only opening a file handle for the log for a short period of time.

B2 had run out of space on its 4GB flash storage. Fixed by removing some old code and unneeded tools from the Beaglebone.
