Ideas of components to remove:

J1 - Serial connector - replace with holes/pads for debug
U8 - serial voltage converter
U9 - I2C buffer
Y1 & Y2 - check usage of crystals
U3, TH4-6, J12-16 - ADC & associated temp sensors
U4, U5, U6 - but keep U7 (centre)

Done on the hestia-2w branch.

Removed all components listed above except the crystals, in case we need them for more accurate ADC measurements.
