repl/tmux-repl-* opens in home directory #1289

I think it'd be more consistent if the repl functionality opens in the current directory, as the :new commands does.

It already does as far as I could see, maybe your tmux version isn't allowing that to happen (I tested on tmux 2.x).

I'm running tmux2.3. It might be an issue with babun.

Could this be closed? It seems to be a configuration issue, it works here©.
