Heading surrounded by `<details>`/`</details>` HTML blocks produces invalid EPUB #102

One possible workaround would be to parse HTML blocks and generate Pandoc Divs inside each pair of matching tags (see https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/issues/9601#issuecomment-2016562324)
