Build now is failing due to missing local.properties: https://github.com/bahusoid/orion-viewer/runs/656337127

I see no useful properties in there for CI build. Can you make it optional? Or should I add simply additional step that creates empty local.properties?

@bahusoid Could you also split artifact in 4 smaller ones? Is it possible to remove directory structure from archives?

Will check on Monday. I guess multiple upload tasks with full file path should work
