Make it easier to parse current tab #77

The only way I know to parse the current tab is to click the extension button then look through all the buttons under "Parse currently open tabs" to find the right one. This is annoying, especially when using many windows or having tabs with the same or similar names.

It would be a good improvement to highlight the current tab in this menu, add a dedicated "Parse current tab" button in this menu, add a "Parse this page" option in the right-click menu on a page, or add a keyboard shortcut.

Seconding the keyboard shortcut specifically. Its especially useful as a keyboard shortcut when you're doing something where new text is added to the page (like messaging someone online for example).
