Add a cli.js file #15

Following in the path of other gasket modules, would it be ok if I add a cli.js file so we can pipe LDJSON and get csv out?

Cool :+1: I published it as 0.3.0 :) By the way we moved the ldjson-stream module to ndjson ;)
