Move to electron-userland org #31

I have been casually maintaining this project for a while, but I think it would have a better life if we moved it to @electron-userland. @maxogden any objection?

I think it would be nice to move this to either @electron-userland or better @workshopper.

Max no longer responds to my offers to adopt abandoned projects. @finnp maybe you can try reaching out?

@zeke Since you're a collaborator on npm and github I think that you can just make the call 🤷‍♂️
