add {lightgbm} #280

I'm one of the maintainers of https://github.com/microsoft/LightGBM. We recently added a hex logo (https://github.com/microsoft/LightGBM/pull/3336) for the R package, and would like to add it here!

@guolinke @StrikerRUS and I can answer any questions you have.

This PR and repo have not had any activity in 2+ years, so looks like this project has been abandoned. I'm closing this PR just to clean up my personal list of open PRs.

tbh i just sort of got burnt out dealing with malformed pull requests. i would sit down thinking i'd push through a few from the backlog, and i'd spend like...half an hour fixing one person's non-trransparent, non-correctly-sized png. (haven't looked at your request so it's no commentary on you certainly.) also frankly got a bit stressed out by some of the low, quality, low effort designs. (yours looks fine except for the notably non-hexagonally-suited form factor.) but i've been active again on github recently and i think i will look into doing something about this. i apologize for the unresponsiveness.

Hey no problem at all! I totally understand that. I tried to make my comment as straight-forward and objective as possible, I promise it's not intended as a passive-aggressive complaint.

If this project becomes active again we might consider submitting the {lightgbm} logo again but for now, let this be one less PR you have to worry about.
