further improvements to thread UX #17

stream is now updated via ajax when posting
up to two comments are displayed with each post on page load
posts with recent comments appear at the top of the list
fixed an issue preventing author metadata from attaching to posts and comments
fiddled with stream loading to minimize latency when prefetching comments
