Percent complete #17

Percent complete, without the semicolons.

I'm trying to not be too picky, but would it be possible to get only the percent completed change in the history? It's nice when diffs/blame show what changed, but in this case the semicolon stuff makes the diffs unreadable (due to high signal to noise ratio)
