Better styling and organization of paste info. #2

This PR will have following changes.

[x] Adding paste description support properly.
[x] Changing the author from By ... to a Tag display instead
[x] Display the author's image in tag, if he has one, Else a person icon
[x] Add responsiveness for all changes to work on various devices well.
[x] Display the language for the paste in a Tag just like author.
