After investigation, this mods causes the death animation to not play.

原来是国人大佬，太牛了，我用kill命令杀死敌人就会有死亡动画，用武器杀死敌人不会播放死亡动画，应该是交错动画和死亡动画在一起冲突了，希望大佬明察。
