I tried loading The Newleland Story ipf on version v3 (seeing as the adf is 
currently
 broken on uae-wii) but it doesnt appear to do anything.

The same ipf works fine on uae on my pc though (I did need to get the SPS plugin
first from softpress.org) and copied the plugin (CAPSImg.dll) to the same 
directory
as my executable... would I also need to do the same and copy the plugin to my 
sd
card for uae-wii? Or is it already supposed to be intergrated or something?

No, that's Windows code for x86 - not possible to use on a PowerPC Wii. I just 
wasn't
sure how much of it is supported in the upstream UAE (i.e., what I get "for 
free").

We'll see anyway. If it's easy to do (i.e., just enabling some config option), 
it
might get in.
