I can't seem to reproduce this bug on my PAL CRT TV. I'm using composite cables
- my TV is a Sony Trinitron KV-21X4D. It does support NTSC 60Hz natively, but
seeing as I have connected it with a composite cable (and that PAL60 temporal
mode at 576i should not rely on a 60Hz NTSC signal anyway), I can't see how
that could cause my TV to produce a color picture at all times while you're
left stuck with black/white.
Could you produce a video of sorts and possibly tell me what TV you are using?
Also, please tell me which resolution has been set - you can tell by going to
the Settings menu - what is displayed next to 'Resolution'?

Hi, I'm using a Mivar 28S5 (http://www.xs4all.nl/~logger/mivar/28s5.htm) with
the PS3 original multiAV cable. I've try to change the resolution but is the
same. With my LG LCD pc monitor connected with a HDMI to DVI-d cable I don't
have any issues work well except the frame rate displayed any times on start of
the emulator. The snes emulator (PALSnes9x 4.4.0) has resolved this problem
with PAL TV it may be useful.
I've made a video from my mivar with my smartphone with all resolution screens
and game play for vba-ps3 and Snes9x 4.4.0:
You can see it on youtube

Or download from megaupload the original mp4 compressed to .rar
