Makefiles should be deleted before generation #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a valid target
2. Project -> Run qmake
3. Change the Qt installation path to another valid one
4. Project -> Run qmake again
5. Build the project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Makefile is not updated to match the change in the Qt installation
path. This is the default behavior of qmake. The old Makefiles should be
deleted.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
