Uxn submodule pointed to non-existent commit hash #3

The commit 33ec379 does not appear to exist on the upstream uxn repo. Do you have your own copy of that repository that has a working commit to base off of?

I've created a new repo for the submodule, so now the commit is available. but as neauoire said, maybe it would be better to have something "in line" with uxnemu. we'll see...
