detected merge parent is empty #28

It was once seen that the parent is empty in automatic todo: merge -c .... ,HEAD .... This was an attempt to push change into branch (not 1st parent). Otherwise nothing special.Try to reproduce and fix ASAP

Fixed. Reasons were subtle perl details
