Change cursor in the draggable part of the frame

This is more of a recommendation than an issue. I know you can drag around the 
frame that pops up when you look up a word, but hinting at it may be a good 
idea. If you could change the cursor's shape when it's on the outer borders of 
the new frame (not on the text) to something that suggests that dragging is a 
possibility...it'd be good, I guess.
