Quiz cloning is not working (upload to extract to a quiz for the instructor to mark the student's work

When a student upload a video, a new quiz is created. However the video doesn't link to the quiz leaving the quiz question to appear only on the screen without a video. This is a problem since the data will be blind hence none of the instructor will know which student video they will be marking
