timer not working in MKR1300 #2

Hi @maxbader

I am trying to use the samd21 timer in MKR1300 with this example, https://github.com/maxbader/arduino_tools/blob/master/libraries/timer_zero_tc_interrupt/timer_zero_tc_interrupt.ino

but I can not get blink and serial data
