Red color and voltage #2

Sometimes, when using 3.7V battery power, the red pixels are not bright enough. This does not happen with 5V USB power.

There may be a different way to initialize or refresh the display which avoids this issue.

@waveshare support suggests there may be a solution in GxEPD.

9868d1da35801458c72f2fb4c08cf8ae0a589f81 and using the GDEW075Z08 (800x480) display seems to fix this.
