double check serotype A data #110

Model testing results on the new data for serotype A yield strange results, while everything seems fine for serotype O. Strict clock fits much better than relaxed clock when using TN93, whereas relaxed clock fits much better than strict clock when using HKY and GTR. We should investigate as to what is causing this and why for some underlying distributions of the relaxed clock the clock rate becomes way too small.
