We need to address the connection between our approach and the "power prior" approach of Ibrahim & Chen (2000) and Ibrahim et al. (2015).

In particular, we need to address the connection between our stuff, power priors and hierarchical models, as in Chen & Ibrahim (2006). Section 5 is of particular relevance.

This is resolved now
