sag icons are not being copied to list folder #19

First of all: Thanks for this great starter template.

I just came across an issue with the svg sprites. Since the last commit of the new eleventy-plugin-svg-sprite it looks like the icons do not get copied to the dist folder anymore. I tried to investigate the issue, but have not been successful yet.
