Change Oela Box directory tree structure to new directory tree structure. #8

The new directory tree structure changes quite a bit. Some top-level directories and files will be removed from the old tree structure and replaced with top-level directories and files from the new tree structure.

For removal:

ansible-dns-management
ansible-ipa-management
ansible-koji-management
ansible-oelabox-management

To be replaced:

Vagrantfile
inventory.ini
provision-oelabox-dns.yml
provision-oelabox-dns-client.yml
provision-oelabox-ipa.yml
provision-oelabox-ipa-client.yml
provision-oelabox-koji-builder.yml

To be added top-level:

collections
files
handlers
init-oelabox-ipa-team.yml
init-oelabox-koji-ecosystem.yml
init-oelabox-koji-keytabs.yml
init-oelabox-koji-services.yml
