Make tags available in GitHub project #150

This module has releases available in Puppet Forge, but there are no corresponding tags here. This is an issue for those who deploy modules from Git. When using r10k for environment management, deploying from Git is mandatory.

Pls replicate the tags from Forge in GitHub.
