Config Test Project to use own Database #4

The Continous Integration is broking because there isn't a database just for test environment.

I tried to configure the Test project to work with the MySql, but I had problem because the AppHabor doesn't support some features that was necessary in my case. Then I tried configure the Test project to work with SQLite in memory. But I didn't like of the end solution. So for while I will just no implement tests for database manipulation. All cases will be mocked.
