I deleted a line segment and spliced in a few more lines, and now stroke isn't being drawn on those segments.

Did you have it saved? If you can recreate the bug and ctrl-s and send me freeliner_sketch/data/userdata/geometry/geometry.xml

I cant quite recreate the bug right now.
