Add linux support #8

I suspect MacOS support (#1) might just be as simple, I'll attack that when I have access to a mac.

@thorerik Macs doesn't need a registry, I've tested that and said about it in #1. To avoid merge conflicts, can you commit that? 😃

Indeed, as the discord rpc server is used, it is compatible everywhere. I'm gonna let it register only for windows
