Exercises: support blanks in code #13

See 6.031 spring 17 reading 16 part 2 for examples of hand-made exercises that work reasonably well.

It would also be great to support blanks in the middle of a code line, not just a blank representing an entire line, as in: http://web.mit.edu/6.031/www/sp18/classes/27-little-languages-2/#@our_visitor_example (Right now the textbox reserves whitespace after it to display the correct answer, which makes the surrounding code unreadable.)
