Unable to stream, getting Index issue #2

I am trying to watch the videos from NBA.TV but XBMC complains that there was a problem with Index and is unable to stream the video. Any help?

Unfortunately I don't have the NBA TV subscription anymore (I had it last year), so I can't fix it (unless someone gives me a premium account)

These videos arent the 'subscription ones' but the regular free NBA TV videos here: http://watch.nba.com/nba/video (on the Video tab)

They are working fine for me.. which video doesn't work?

All of them, I get a message complaining about the index. Label is: There was an index error. Xbmc is version: 13.2 The plugin is version: 2.0.3 Caption of the screen: http://imgur.com/wDy0D5s

The plugin version is now 0.7 and never reached 2.0.3... are you sure you are using this plugin and not this one: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=42321&page=4 ?
