ventura issues: not in /Applications #425

Complains about not being in /Applications, despite being there. Tried ~/Applications as well. Still displays the "not in applications" badge. Both on 13.0 and 13.1

Also ensured owner (chown -R) was root:admin when in /Applications and me:staff when in ~/Applications. Still flags it.

Finally got the SecretAgent to be installed. It was flagging that as missing, until I logged into an admin account and ran it once.

I have managed to create a secret key and successfully use it to login to a remote.
